Pudding
Ingredients
Dough
2 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of sugar
8 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon of baking powder
5 eggs (egg whites)
Topping
2 apples (add more or less as needed)
2 boxes of vanilla pudding
2 boxes of butterscotch pudding
Prep
- Mix all (but the whites) ingredients for the dough in a bowl
- Add the egg whites and mix gently
- Grease a baking pan with butter
- Cook the dogh at 350*C until it gets firm (about 20 minutes)
- Cut apple slices in a moon shape
- Prepare the vanilla pudding using milk, following the instructions in the box
- Prepare the butterscotch pudding using water, following the instructions in the box
- Add the vanilla pudding over the dough
- Add the apples slices over the pudding (Make any decoration you wish. I add rools of slices of apple on top of the pudding)
- Add the butterscotch pudding over the entire surface (it will have a translucent appearence over the apples)
Leave it in the freezer for a couple of hours and serve it slightly cold.
