Not really sure if that is specific to Bubble, but in some pages on geminispace.org the header link changes from multplie lines to a single line so that is kind of jumps around when going to different pages

Not sure I get what you mean... Do you have another screenshot showing the difference?
Are you referring to the vertical centering of the page? If that is bothering you, it can be disabled by toggling Preferences > Page Layout > Vertical centering.
@skyjake now the effect is not happening. The header field where the domain is shown is substantially larger in the first screenshot
