Released v1.16.1 with a fix for the AltGr key not working for text input.
I also noticed that I hadn't updated the Lagrange home page since v1.15.8. Yay for doing things manually...

Any idea when it will become available on TestFlight?
I haven't submitted a new TestFlight build yet, but it shouldn't be too much work to make one with the v1.16 fixes included.
