Bilberry Pie 2

one 9.5" (24cm) pie dish (175° C)

For the crust, use the Oil Pie Crust. Pre-baking the crust is not required.

Ingredients

Filling

(5 deciliters) bilberries

(0.5 deciliters) sugar

(1) egg

(1 deciliters) quark

(2 teaspoons) potato flour

Instructions

Combine and add to ready pie shell. Bake for about 25 minutes at 175° C.

Notes

Works with blueberries as well. Can be made without quark, too. Use 6 deciliters of berries instead of 5.
