Kenya has an amazing citrus/lemon acidity with just barely enough roast sweetness to balance the lemon. very happy with the complexity in this roast and it has made spectacular coffee in v60, aeropress, french press, and even espresso.
Costa Rica is not developed enough to really go one way or another. there is some acidity but weak, and there isn't really enough chocolate to hit the medium/dark sweet roastiness or mouthfeel. overall this coffee is a failure, but acceptable in milk drinks or for a bland cup of filter coffee.
