I haven't forgotten about this capsule, I just don't want to force myself to add anything when there's nothing valuable to add. However, I have recently discovered an improvement on the standard "alarm sound" that has dramatically improved my experience of waking up in the morning on time. Spoilers, if you don't want to read my complaining first: it's brownian noise that fades in from silence over 5 minutes.
