@lori You could try Syncthing on the Lagrange bookmarks.ini at least, if you can access it on mobile. Manual export/import is the "official" syncing method at the moment.

Automatic syncing between devices would be very convenient, but there are some technical hurdles with it:

— Lagrange issue #517

The solution I find most promising is a self-hosted sync server. Then you'd be responsible for your own private data, especially the certificates (but bookmarks are personal as well). Self-hosting might be OK for many Gemini users but there would be a significant portion that wouldn't or couldn't use it.

I could consider making a public sync service here on this server, but it might be a bit tricky ensuring that everyone's data remains properly encrypted for security.

I miss syncing of the history and/or viewed pages the most. The rest doesn't change that much, but my viewed pages change very time I use Lagrange.

I've mostly used Lagrange on mobile, but I've started using it on desktop more lately. I see the export data option in mobile, but how can I import my bookmarks and stuff back into the desktop version (if I can)? Is there any good way to sync the two up also? I don't mind just manually syncing bookmarks but if there's some way to go about syncing it that'd be neat (even if it's just using Syncthing on a folder or file somewhere).
