Demeanor

Orcs are, on average, 7-foot tall humanoids. They are known for their sheer brute force of strength and low intelligence. The excessive strength makes them fierce combatants, forcing enemies to prefer engagement via ranged combat. Severely lacking intelligence, they are easy to confuse, which is also taken advantage of in times of war.

Description

Individual orcs are, for the most part, indistinguishable to any outside of their race. Some say this is because of their unsightly ugly faces; others simply insist it is because of the instant instillation of terror triggered by eye contact. Their heads contain 2 eyes, often butted right up against the top of the nose. Their eyes, with seemingly no pupils, are, without exception, lava-colored. Those who have escaped from their clutches tell tales of Orcish eyes burning a deeper shade of lava in battle, and even darker so when consuming the bodies of their foes, which they do gleefully. For the rare orc who is able to let the hair grow out without first succumbing to the inane curiosity of its existence and pulling it out and eating it, the hair is quite thick, and varied in color although always dark, which contrasts with their snot-colored hides. The nose is seemingly impossibly small and usually sits toward the top half of the face, close to the eyes. So small are the noses, in fact, that they tend to be mouth breathers, which highlights their protuding sabred teeth, dull to the point of harmlessness, if taken alone, but their jaw muscles transform the teeth into blunt weapons, often used for eating captured foes or fauna alive. Orcs are, with the rare exception, broad-shouldered and muscular. They have 5 fingers on each hand, like humans, which are often attempted to be inserted into the nose. This serves as a form of entertainment, even for spectators of other races.

Genetic varieties

Like all creatures in the Sphere, the Orcs come in 2 genetic varieties: Mlek and Fmlek.

Mleks are quite proud of their muscluar strength and sabre tooth protrusion length. Both serve to attract a Fmlek, with whom they prefer lifelong intimacy, causing much conflict and infighting, as the Fmleks are quite promiscuous.

Fmleks pride themselves on cooking skills and the number of mates in a lifetime. The former naturally begets the latter, further contributing to jealousy and infighting for both genetic types.
