bananas (speckled) 3
wet:
mild oil 1/3cup
vanilla extract 1tsp
dry:
wholewheat flour 1and3/4cup
white sugar 1/3cup
baking powder 1tsp
baking soda 1tsp
salt 1/8tsp
preheat oven to 180C
grease a loaf tin (3x7inch works pretty good)
peel and mash bananas in a large mixing bowl
add wet
mix pretty thoroughly, so that some air bubbles are visible
add dry
mix only until powder is gone, then stop
pour the mixture into the loaf tin
bake for about 45-50 minutes
when done, keep wrapped in cling film in the fridge
