finely chop red onion, garlic, chilli
cut aubergine into quartered 1/2 inch disks
fry tomatoes 4-5 minutes
set aside, put pasta on
fry red onion, garlic, chilli in olive oil 2-3 minutes
add aubergine
fry 1-2 minutes each side
add canned tomatoes, boil, simmer for 2-3 minutes
add tomatoes, oregano, cook 1 minute
add salt, pepper
