The season's almost at an end. So many thoughts, so many emotions.
Kate looking at everything so objectively is kinda nice.
- She likes Logan, but she's not liking his immaturity.
- She likes Hayden.....'s money. Honestly, fair play.
Romantic thunderstorm make-outs with Kate and Logan right in front of shitty Hayden right after their date was pretty great.
Kate's morning after regret with Logan was so funny. It suddenly dawned on her that 1) Logan is 7 years younger than her 2) she would be the bread-winner in their relationship 3) she needs a 'man'. And with this realization we get some stupid glamour shots of Hayden who's got money to blow and is an established adult. Kate, girly, figure your shit out and commit. But please, not Hayden. You can do way better than both Logan and Hayden.
I feel like we haven't seen hyperbole Jesse for a hot minute.
It's nice to see Shanae and Kate are friends after their huge blow-up upon first meeting each other.
It's so hard seeing Kate forcing a connection between herself and Hayden. It's rough.
- Also, I think Hayden threw his back out on their date. He was walking very gingerly and holding his lower back.
I'll say it again: I AM OUT ON ELIZA!
- You hurt my boy Rodney, you're OUT!
- She can't even look him in the eyes knowing she wronged him.
Victoria stays winning, saying what we all know: PICK RODNEY!!!!
- EVERYONE KNOWS IT'S RODNEY!!!
Rose Ceremony Casualties:
- Hayden (good riddance)
- Alex
- Jacob (bye-bye my sweet himbo)
- Justin
THANK FUCKING GOD SHE PICKED RODNEY. Maybe she'll win ME back, but she's got a lot of work to do.
Eliza fell for Justin hard. I don't know what her situation is post-show, but I wouldn't be surprised if she ended up with him.
Another fucking wasted date card on Michael and Danielle. Another easy fast forward from me.
Welp, all my belief that Eliza might be back on the right path is dashed when she continues to bawl her eyes out and questions her decision from the night before. She's just not right for Rodney. Full stop. She needs to get her shit together.
And there we have it, Eliza tells Rodney she thinks she made the wrong decision. Tells that sweet man that she was influenced by everyone else's love for him. Any normal, rational adult would use that information as further proof that he's the right person. Eliza sucks.
I hate seeing him so hurt. And even through Eliza's torture and cruelty, he kept it together. He's a damn saint.
Rodney's heartbreak is devastating for everyone. You know he's a good, genuine, amazing human being when he can affect that kind of emotion in others.
Why are we following Eliza as she chases down Justin? I don't give a shit about her and Justin. We just watched Rodney get his heart ripped out by this woman not once but twice. And now we're following her to fucking Baltimore? Get outta here.
Well, until next week.
