• Slept for over 8 hours last night (rest)

• Spent time with The Mrs. during her break (relationships)
• Washed clothes and did grocery shopping (life responsibilities)
• Made dinner for The Mrs. and me (life necessities)
• Washed dishes and cleaned up (life responsibilities)
• Walked the neighborhood at a brisk pace (exercise)
• Study for programming class (intellectual stimulus)
• Enjoyed the weather and interactions I had during the day (mindfulness)
