In 2018, the @tymkrs created an electronic badge for Cyphercon 3.0
This badge was a fully functional telephone and usb modem. That year they also brought a 96 line telephone system to the conference. They set up access points into the telephone system at every village table. There were many services set up on the network which the antendees could find (using their badge). The conference ended right as clever phreaks managed to take over control of the network causing all phones (and badges) on the network to ring at once. This earned them special life-time badges to the conference.
After the conference, the @tymkrs took their toys and went home. For years after, people all over the world have asked, "what happened to the telephone system?".
A5C11 is an attempt to rebuild the Cyphertel system into a new network, one that YOU can access over the internet.
Rather than via a conference badge, you will be connecting from the terminal.
When you connect, you will be allocated a modem by Lifeguard (the modem pool manager). At this point you can use AT commands to dial numbers on the system ... or wait for a call to come in in order to answer it and pass the caller onto some service you are hosting.
