In Tobbins Shire there are Tobbins and Mubbins and Muffens plus an occasional Baggins or Took. It is a trading Shire, on the river, with docks, warehouses, and stores. On one street there are big houses for biguns whose kids like swimming in the river off the docks. Some of the Tobbins, Mubbins, and Muffens join them but you won't catch a Baggins or a Took in the water.

Tobbins Shire is the ancestral home of Caper Tobbins. It's a fantasy bubble where you can write inside of a fantasy setting either as a character or with descriptive text.

Mr. Muffens used store is a town feature. A way to trade up and trade down without paying new prices. Mr. Muffens enjoys bartering too and he was quite put off one day when I paid the asking price. He couldn't figure out why a Tobbins would pay asking price for an old hat but he didn't know that the hat and the feather in the hat were both magic.
