pain and anxiety

anxiety has gotten so pervasive that I wake up with chest pains now

spent the first hour and a half awake laying in bed breathing and distractions

how the fuck do I deal with this

the things im anxious about have basically no resolution

how do I find safety

what even is safety

I'm afraid too in getting to the point where I'm starting to get agoraphobia

panic is pretty common now

especially when I think of certain locations

I don't know if I'm making

things feel distant and disconnected pretty much all the time

unable to exoress who I really am

identity in crisis is common lately

I'm tired of this
