trying to figure out inactive ingredients in foods
harbored trickier methods than expected, though you ��d think
simply examining the lot for motion, pointing optimistically
towards the ones not doing anything at the moment ��
might work
alas, it turns out late at night, at least sometimes
some of ��em still get up to invisible catechisms, or
depending upon pantheonic instruction manual, other things
weaving cilia in abyssal confrontations behind the mustard
night work
laying waste to those claims that food before bed
leads to bad dreams, demonstrating instead that the vapors
good, bad, or otherwise, are instantaneous chemical things
slipping small gods in amongst items on the cheese plate
slight work
berating those that don ��t quite fit, leaning heavily
where scientific method was doing just fine, seriously
bending experimental evidence to fit predisposed notions
exfoliating those small lives vegetable rennet has interfered with
light work
speaking in lambs �� tongues to the fridge sun how everything ��s fine
please don ��t worry, radiation leaks aren ��t common
this one ��s under control, just slithering a bit of low gamma
waking up the asparagus from its slumber, eventually sanctifying
wight work
pretty much the entirety of the condiment rack, now confined
in petty hierarchical abbreviations, immobilized, straining
yelling in categorical imperative �� we ��re doing science
inactive, reactive, deductive �� hoping to eventually determine
bright work
which god of creeping slumber knows the carrot poison ��
and which flows under hermetic seals, wielding woe-spore
repeatable, observable, verifiable instances of that one unfortunate
born of thin potato soup, claiming heart-start, not stop, in active
