the complaints department would like to acknowledge
in as understanding a manner as possible
that having the system go down this busiest day of the year
is probably very trying, and any frustration you may have
is completely reasonable
we would like to reassure you
that everything will be functioning normally
as soon as we figure which operations center
had the actual fire
which took us entirely offline
but we ��re offline
and cannot hear or see you
nor respond in any way to what concerns
you might be attempting to convey
on this remarkably relaxing evening
