Naming The Other

before, it was deemed necessary to provide environmental stimulation
ensuring that the warriors wouldn ��t turn upon each other
or burn before pillaging, razing entire shopping malls upon insertion
drop-shells falling away like chrysanthemum petals
howls of chemically usurped rage slaked in slurpies and fancy-labels
before losses mount in Taco Happy, gluttony passing on
to death by legume allergy, histamine-analogues flooding everything
those few lucky survivors shaken, re-wrapped in null-lift, pulled in
hinderances passed as chemical miscommunications, tempered
passengers unnoticed, soft flutters below red savagery, partition-matched
creches refilled, soldiers moaning, twitching, techs confused
expected patterns shifted just out of sync, traitorous devotions roused
pressing those cantankerous beasts low from that demon HFCS
spiraling antipathy indirect, stented, collapsar hearts bare
techs, stringing blood-work, flagging individual addiction markers
finally laying in complex carbohydrates and protein as enrichment exorcism
riders, silent, shifting neural paths, redirection successful
