if someone says there ��s a proper way to write
for writing, and it ��s not journalism ethics
or specific style guides to particular publications
stop feeding them
no more pretty baubles, no more attention
no more interventions, no more position
outside closed spaces, proper is attrition
stop feeding them
pick up the pen, or lay a hand upon the keyboard
as you will, as you are moved, however it goes
or as you will not, if you are unmoved, however that goes
feed you
and when, always when, that push comes
to swallow swill of the long-dead consortium
pick what you will from those long dead bones
stop feeding them
find the tasty bits, by fits and starts
by white heat and fractured hearts from beatings
however you do you, yours is yours
stop feeding them
just doggy-bag and go, for yums or the back of the fridge
or just plain chucked �� that roast pork wasn ��t pork, Bob
