let's be blunt up front, fairy godmothers have a rep
good fairy, bad fairy, the sort of fairy you wouldn ��t wish on a gibbon
even as it ��s doing its traditional flinging
but even the gender-flipped stories don ��t get the trip
which goes like this
you, as a client have expectations
to which your fairy, unless they are incredibly strong of will, shall conform
godmother, godfather, a thing of froth and murderous beauty ��
take your pick
but when we were handed out the approach to iron will
well, allow me to introduce myself
name ��s Tungsten, and I ��ll be your server this evening
which means if you entertain me, sure, I ��ll shill a gender
and your agenda may enthuse me
but hold thee still and do consider
for this there be no bending �� get consent or wishes nill
reflect on you unending
beyond that, dear soul, by all means
let ��s ply your frills upon the world awaking
we ��ll work a path that ��s chill and reasoned
season it until you ��re comfy
and let it spill a-wending
good fairy, bad fairy, murderous thirst
my armchair back home ��s a-calling
so if all your joys are breaking others, I ��ve had my fill
and we ��d best get to parting
