imagine the sweetest sound you ��ve poured upon your tongue
the bottle it came in all undone in umpteen-billion fragments
each contracting particle a fountain that didn ��t thin, didn ��t wander
nor waver upon the blessing stays, nor in the chasms each aside
your firmbriated fold gaining liquid hold
imagine intangible golden source scattered under skin
moisture gathering within well-wicked linen
a corner of the mouth quirked just so towards afterglow
swallowing gentle vanishing crystals melting down a-chorus
your elevated foretelling straining
imagine passing its gamboled comfort below your vocal apparatus
organism of organ gleaming seeming steeped in teeming threnody
each leavening bubble audible in perfect substantiation, whole to whole
if you open ever so slightly that quirk of formation you might
your harmonious congruence waving
thread of trees and grasses, passing windy windy
dead of these long lapses, passing silent silent
the sweetest sound you ��ve never sung
