Wasp ��s Nest and Point
June 26, 2018
in dreaming slick with poison I retain
colored memory dipped in velvet towers
with pools upon each floor for every stain
footprints in the leaking waking flowers
in spiral circuit trapping harvest mist
your stone-kist path does layer ever through
a torch, a burning ruin from the list
numbered petals taper what once grew
in time the bower shirks its ugly pin
at stairway ��s end we ��d laughed and called it just
to build and spin for stabbing night ��s lost twin
and wearing in the silence swore we must
mistake these memories the thirst we slake
in every hollow leave a clouded lake
