Tick Embedded
then bled of holographic ideation, in each mind a universe, in each universe remind
that of the closed eye sanction, and of the sanctification, open
a callus to the brasswork trails, a rhythm to the scales, a powder to the trembling
and below that, hales
breath upon the talus, then, breaching hush beseeching
hear memory on memory, an armory of dreaming
lone, where walls kept
stone, where we leapt
tone, in perfect aspect
a tick so long embedded
one beat off key embedded
then be causal radiance, in each time now a convalescence, in each heel a footstep
that of the closed path permanence, and of the surety there a staunchion, held
a malice to the spoken braille, a sputter to the maillechort, a teether to the weight
and above that, tales
out of sequence below the skin, one without yet to begin
hear melody on melody, an abattoir of feeding
one beat off true
one seat renewed
on heart to blue the steel
a sick so long enembered
next to, but long forgendered
