Well I went down to Shippenport, a hundred miles or more
Sent Snapey up with Dumbledore, and the raven with Lenore
For though dead long be Dumble-be, we needs must give it time
For all is clean and all is right in Raven ��s longest chime
And Snape he is a villain, a coward, and a rogue
But better a claw to every hiss in the masque ��s ill-fitting drogue
And I came back from Shippenport, a thousand miles by sea
With heart well turned and conscience burned, a writer for to be
I ��ll ship them all upon the swell, to sea ��s bosom be damned
Where fall to ticks the basilisk and phoenix be �� damned
And ��pon that swell a silence filled with piercing, piercing cry
Falls raven and Lenore ��s remorse, blinking not an eye
No house nor bitter porcelain, the crackle of the skin
To Shippenport or death, says I �� beget the burning sin
