The Fear and the Twist

you wanted to hear fear, pithed fog walker thing
spun widdershins
so let me tell you of the terror that comes clinical and pristine only upon the night
palsy to the hands, palms to the spasm of the incurable, organ upon organ
thread upon thread, drip dripping in, one milliliter and one
immobile
so let me tell you of the error that sums cynical and latrine only upon the blight
ballsy to the lands, glans to the chasm of the mercurial, organ upon organ
death upon dead, sip sipping sin, done milliliter and one
coiled
you wanted to hear fear, pithed fog walker thing
done widdershins
and the spun is always night
and bright the fear is golden
and tight the gold does glisten
threading in, coiled, uncoiled
you wanted to hear the fear, but the pithed won ��t stick
done, widdershins, you wanted to hear
so listen, thrum to the silver, earthed to harvest
you ��d claim fear as power over, crank the sinew tight
wanting to hear
so wanting you will one night breathe
fog upon your parched twist
