continuity atrophied, dedicated fragments of itself
spectacles, breaches, lessons and reaches of time
called them history, reiterated, conquerors' tales
slaves songs and slaver's sons, singing identical stories
purgatory present, redolent of original fragments
protagonist, antagonist interchangeable, unstable
cyclic tasking, continuity basking in simulated day
individuality fragmenting, storied anonymity at bay

patented thirty makes of mold
mead and beer beside my easy chair
constant temperature cricketting where
