pandoc to gemtext converter

I've made a pandoc to .gmi converter, so any input pandoc can handle can be written out as gemtext.

You need two files, gmi.lua and default.gmi. These plus docs are on github

https://github.com/njamescouk/pandocGmi

The doc in gemtext is at
