1/2c oatmeal
3T leftover crushed almonds from making Almond Milk
chopped up dried mango
almost 1/8t salt
spices to taste, maybe a bit of cinnamon and dried ginger

Steel-cut oats can be mostly cooked the night before, then warmed up in the morning with the rest of the goods. For the quick oats just bring it to a boil, cut heat to let it simmer for a bit.
