So nice to finally be back to Gemini (and Station!) after I took quite the hiatus. Still such a cozy space!

I've been wondering: is there a reason so many people host their capsule on a subdomain instead of their base domain? I don't understand why you'd want to isolate your capsule on a gmi.* or gemini.* given it's on a seperate port anyway.

Any of you have capsules to share that use client certificates in an interesting way? (intentionally vague question, intrepret "interesting" as you wish)

Built a proof-of-concept dmenu-based Gemeni browser just to see if I could! It's over on gemini://git.littleham.net/gmenu

Finally decided to start my own gemlog. Been meaning to write about anything for a long while so I'm sort of forcing myself to now, but it's very low-stakes so I think it'll work out.

This new "Legitimate interest" cookies pain makes me ever more glad I'm switching more and more to gemini.

Finally got around to building a simple bash script to convert my capsule's gmi files over to gopher and html! No need to painstakingly convert everything by hand anymore.

Joined Station again! I sadly lost my original certs, so here we are.
