A reiteration of my wants:

I want to...

• make wine and mead
• grow plants to look at, that benefit wildlife, give materials to utilize, and to consume, as well
• live on a property that I have full access to
• cook almost every day
• get away from my sister
• sell yaupon (if I am stuck here in SE TX for a while more)
• bake bread again
• be able to walk to a market that has most of what I need that I cannot produce myself
• be near an "untouched" place which can be accessed easily enough from my residence
• preserve foodstuffs
• care for a cat again

and that's pretty much it
