Made in 1976 in glorious soviet union, combining all of it's industrial manufacturing prowess. The camera was made in Russia, the lens in Ukraine and the lens cap in Belarus.
Jokes aside it's in near perfect condition, even the selenium lightmeter is still working and it's accurate. I'd only need to oil the film advance lever since it needs a little push to get it to return, but that's given for a camera that's been sitting in the basement for the last 46 years at the time of writing this (2022-05-17).

Bought at a bargain price in mint condition with two lenses. Made in late '70s. It has a TTL battery operated light meter, more accurate and not prone to aging like the selenium one on Zenit or Ambiflex.

Supposedly made in '76 in the infamous jupiter plant by Valday.
Great focus, nice characteristic bokeh.
You have to manually close down the aperture since the mount doesn't have a lever for it since it's just a screw thread.

Great all arounder

Very good zoom lens, but it's fucking heavy, qutie unique zoom/focus mechanism, combined into one "ring" that pushed forward/back changes the focal length and turned side to side changes the focus distance.

Don't know much about this lens but seems very cheap light and plasticky
What would've been a nice lens back in the day unfortunately now has a broken AF and focusing manually is really hard due to the focus ring travel being only around 90 degrees, and being very loose.
