What's new: Read/write 800k .2mg format disk images
Removed 'split image file' option
DSK2FILE is a utility for working with Apple II disk images. It
runs on the Apple II (enhanced IIe or better) and will create
images of your existing disks or will write disk image files to
floppy. It handles 5.25" and 3.5" disk images with .DO, .DSK, .PO,
and .2MG extensions. Documentation and source code included.

I haven't been able to test .2mg images on an actual emulator but don't
