MD-BASIC Read.Me File
=====================

Thank you for your interest in MD-BASIC, the structured language development
system for Applesoft BASIC programmers. This demo contains the following
files, and all must reside in the same directory in order for the demo to run:

    DEMO - The program you run to start the demo (BASIC)
    DEMO.B - The MD-BASIC source code for the demo program (text)
    DEMO.OBJ - A few routines to make the demo go faster (binary)
    SAMPLE - A sample program created by MD-BASIC (BASIC)
    SAMPLE.B - The MD-BASIC source code for the SAMPLE program (text)

You can distribute copies of the MD-BASIC demo by copying or uploading
the MDBDEMO.SHK file (which contains the above listed files, and this
DEMO.READ.ME file). Portions or modifications of the demo may not be
distributed -- the entire original set must stay together.

To run the demo, boot into ProDOS BASIC (BASIC.SYSTEM) and run the DEMO
program.  Example:

    ]-DEMO

Sit back and enjoy. The actual demonstration portion of the program takes
about ten minutes, though some say they were left wanting more when it was
all over.
