Plugin for ACE CPC Emulator which is emulating the Tot0's PlayCity expansion

card, providing dual YMZ294 and Z84C30 to the Amstrad CPC.

This plugin is based on an improved version of the PlayCity emulation by

Thomas Guillemin and includes support for vectorized interrupts, non maskable

interrupt and CRTC cursor signal support.
