I started listening to Behind the Bastards (BtB) after someone I follow on Twitter recommended the episode on the Boy Scouts. It's a dark podcast, but also funny. Like a less-shitty version of Chapo. A few great book-based episodes got me fully hooked. There are also a few good miniseries within, including a history of policing, detailed coverage of the 2020 protests in Portland, and the January 6th failed coup.
