I agree with what Idiomdrottning mentioned on her latest gemlog entry
It feels like this is inevitable on any open platform. Reactionaries love to be heard. This has inspired me to set up my own feed aggregator, and abandon non-curated content sources.
If anyone wants to collaborate on building a federated feed aggregator network, I'd be down to write the software. Hit me up. I just don't want to invest time into something like that if nobody will actually use it.
