Hi.

Today is Ekadashi so I am fasting. I made potatoes for lunch but messed up

the recipe.

Ingredients:

1. Oil

2. Water

3. Jeera

4. Green chilli paste

5. Potatoes

6. Salt

7. Curry leaves

8. Coriander leaves

9. Turmeric

Method:

1. Take a bunch of potatoes and wash them.

2. Fill a pot wih water and dump the potatoes in

3. Boil the potatoes on medium heat

4. Cool the potatoes by placing them under running tap water

5. Peel the potatoes and chop them into cubes

6. Put 2 spoonfuls of oil inside the pot, add jeera, curry leaves

7. Dump in the potatoes and stir

8. Wash coriander and chop 'em up

9. Add salt, green chilli paste, turmeric and coriander and stir

10. Serve while hot

Chef notes:

I usually eat these with potato crisps.

Potatoes give me gas though so I really hope I don't get a bad stomach

ache tomorrow.
