Gym progress (heavy upper day)

Overhead press: 85 x 4 -> 85 x 6

Incline bench: 100 x 5 -> 100 x 6

Still struggling a bit to make progress on the bench. Extended to 6 follow up sets today; hopefully I'll be able to push up to 5 reps next time. Also added a 10 minute treadmill run to the end of my workout. Ended up exercising for about 90 min total, which is a lot longer than I want to be at the gym, but what can you do.

Do what you care about

I realize I spend so much time every day doing things that I don't care about in the name of "relaxation". Am I passionate about consuming Youtube content and Twitch streams? Not really. But still I want to consume them. The idea of "relaxation" has been totally hijacked by the attention economy and "content" (not art) production.

Watch more movies, watch less "content". Read more books, read fewer posts.
