one 9.5" (24cm) pie dish (175° C)
For the crust, use the Oil Pie Crust. Pre-baking the crust is not required.
(6 deciliters) bilberries
(0.5 deciliters) sugar
(1) egg (optional)
(2 teaspoons) potato flour
Combine and add to ready pie shell. Bake for about 25 minutes at 175° C.
Works with blueberries as well.
