I sometimes need to batch-resize a bunch of images on Windows 7, but never seem to have found or settled on any one tool for Windows 7. This is my quest to find something and stick to it!
This looks over-complicated for what I need.

I used Flexxi - Batch Image Resizer from SourceForge. It's declared as GPL, but I can't find any source code. It's .NET code, so it can be examined I suppose, and I've checked it against a couple of virus checkers which report it clean.
Still, I don't recommend this program, still looking for an alternative.
