Oops...I'd forgotten to remove the scroll up/down capabilities I was playing
with...they were just a kludge I was trying, and cause problems if they're
there (PSE doesn't really have them, although programs like "vi" or "less"
know how to fudge it from existing capabilities). I also changed the initial
two-character identifier to "ps", since "pt" is a Convergent PT1500.

This termcap is sufficient to run things like vi, emacs, "worms", etc (and
it's faster over a slow modem than vt100, especially "worms" :).
