It's CloseView, in your System.Setup folder.  There are quite a few programs
it doesn't get along with.  (Even if you're not *using* CloseView, having
it installed causes problems.  You have to remove it, or mark it Inactive
in the Icon Info window.)

CloseView causes the conceptual super-hires screen to be in bank 1 instead
of bank $E1, so there are problems when the application assumes the screen
is always in bank $E1.  (It's easy to do it right, but a lot of applications
don't bother.  Details in Apple IIgs Technical Note #91, The Wonders of
Universal Access.)
