Gardaí in Athy are investigating the theft of metal bollards in the
town.
The 17 bollards which were taken were set in concrete on a footpath on
the Fortbarrington Road.
Any road users with dash cam footage of the area is asked to examine
it.
A Garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí are investigating a theft that
occurred on Fortbarrington Road in Athy that occurred on Monday night
17th April 2023 / early hours of Tuesday 18th April 2023.
"No arrests have been made at this time. Investigations are ongoing."
