I`m sitting here with my pen and paper, noting things down. My head is all over the place. I have a to-do list here. I`ve got the chimney sweep coming although I don`t lite it often. I might put a candle there. My favourite type of candle is just white unscented. Scented ones are cloying like cheap cologne or deodorant but I think an expensive liquorice one or aniseed would be heavenly if I could find one. Answers on a postcard. I`m going for a walk in the Páirc an Fhionnuisce to gather my thoughts. I know I need to get cash for the chimney sweep. I had a look round breadpunk.club; it's like a self-contained world of bread. Whoever said man can`t live by bread alone has never visited breadpunk club. Ciabatta, brioche, focaccia, but the cynic in me would say perhaps you can end up becoming the thing you love, turning into a sort of sour, doughy being.
Post-script
The chimney sweep has been and gone. A true blue Dubliner, he said we must light a real fire because of the caveman in us all.
