Gemlog Comments Feature Changelog

I've made some adjustments since I added the comments feature to this gemlog:

Comments are now displayed in ascending order according to their IDs. This spares us having to read multi-part comment threads 'backwards' from the bottom to the top, and feels more natural in my opinion.
Removed the "cooldown" interval since it's a nuisance and I don't think it worked correctly anyway.
Increased the maximum message length to 900 characters, which I think is long enough as not to be inconvenient while still managing to fit within the maximum URI length that MoonGem can support (1024 - actual scheme + URI length).
Added line breaks to improve readability
