Things I did today

Gym progress

Felt a little weak on my front squat warmup sets, but things improved after. I woke up late because of the holiday, so part of it could be simply not being used to working out in the afternoon. Reached a 1.5x BW (calculated) 1RM on my deadlifts, which felt very good. Also switched out my lat pulldowns to assisted pullups, which feel much more difficult.

Front squat: 145 x 4 -> 145 x 5

Squat: 185 x 4 -> 185 x 5

Deadlift: 205 x 5 -> 205 x 6
