a repeat of the colombia and the tanzania. i didn't cup the last roasts of these though obviously i drank them. they were alright, but there was room for improvement. once again aiming for a darker full city + roast for the colombia and a city roast for the tanzania.
this was pretty good last time, i essentially just cleared first crack and then dropped.
i tried to go even darker yet. it was still pretty clear it was a honey process for espresso, too much funk. i'm probably gonna try something completely different next for this coffee if it goes the same. this roast was really fast, like first crack started around 7:30ish and dropped at 9:30 so yeah.. oops. we'll see how that impacts the cup.
