I'm no analyst. But I have learned quite a bit, and can now read JCL, sysprint, and sysouts well enough to accurately debug for the analysts.

Only been in this job fro a year or so so I feel quite accomplished, coming from the Linux world z/OS is a whole different beast that has been fun to learn.

$avrs is a lifesaver hahaha.
