the one i use is cities.yesterweb.org you can update everything via titan and ftp w.o ever getting on the web, tho I'll be switching to self hosting · 8 months ago
You should look into pubnixes, many offer free accounts which allow for stuff like web, gemini, and gopher hosting (whichever you want). I can recommend the one I am currently using, tilde.team · 8 months ago
