I also prefer “screen name”, because the only other industry that uses the term “user” are drug dealers. Which I suppose is fitting given how addictive Social Media is programmed to be. · 9 months ago
Aren't the two things ever-so-slightly different? Username being the name you use to log in, while screen name is the name that's displayed.
